We are currently seeking a Contract Administrator to join our team on the Gold Coast.

Your role will include;

• Work in a dynamic construction team under an allocated Project Manager on a variety of projects. 
• Contract trade letting.
• Assist Site Manager's with site based management tasks as required
• Liaise and administer subcontractors and suppliers from project commencement to end.
• Ensure all subcontract and supplier documentation adheres to the OH&S, Quality and Environmental management plans

To be considered for this position, you must have:

•  A tertiary qualification in construction or similar and 2+ years’ experience in the construction industry
•  An ability to work collaboratively in a project team that comprises Project Managers, Engineers, Site Managers and general management staff
• Passion for the Construction Industry
• Excellent communication ability
