We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our Regional Division as an Assistant Project Manager based in Albury.

 

Working alongside your Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

 

  • Leading site safety on the project.
  • Communicating with clients, consultants and trade contractors.
  • Planning and Programming the works.
  • Accurate cost forecasting and project reporting.
  • Delivering the project to the highest standard of quality.
  • Providing leadership that inspires, motivates and engages team members towards self-improvement and potential internal succession.
  • Actively promote Hansen Yuncken brand with clients and consultants for future business opportunities.

 

Remuneration will be based on education and demonstrated experience and the position is available immediately. 

 

 

You will be someone with ambition, confidence who can provide leadership to the project team and contractors. We are seeking a highly talented and motivated individual that can keep up with the demands of this position, assist the Project Manager to successfully manage responsibilities on the project to meet and exceed project specific commercial, contractual, and quality requirements. 

 

The following is preferred:

 

  • A minimum of three years experience delivering commercial projects up to $20 million in value.
  • A tertiary qualification in Building, Construction Management, Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
  • A proven record of self-development.
  • Less experienced Project Coordinator's or Contract Administrator's are encouraged to apply.
  • A history of applying lessons learnt from projects to procedural change.
  • Solid written and verbal communication.
