We have established offices in Sydney and Melbourne and have completed projects in other states and countries including Queensland, South Australia and New Zealand.

Due to sustained business growth - we are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our team.

With a clear pathway to Project Management, you will be supported by our experienced project team.

Key responsibilities include;

• Project scoping and procurement of trades
• Financial Management
• Head Contract & Subcontract administration
• Managing and tracking project expenditure
• Program Management

Salary offer subject to experience level.

The successful candidate will ideally demonstrate;

• Tertiary qualification in Construction Management (or similar)
• 3+ years Contract Administration experience
• Excellent communication skills and confident negotiator
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team
• Proactive attitude and professional presentation
• Computer proficiency, Cheops experience desirable
• Sense of urgency, coupled with attention to detail
• Strong work ethic
