

Kingdom Projects is a well-established construction company delivering a diverse range of projects in commercial construction throughout Australia.
Due to our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our dynamic and friendly team on a 12 month contract.
The successful applicant will be responsible for the site management of jobs ranging from $1.5M to $10M. Experience working on similar sized projects is essential.
The role will require you to;
- Manage the construction quality and productivity of the site you are assigned to
- Monitor and meet project programs in close conjunction with Project Managers and Construction Directors
- Manage sub-contractors and employees to meet time frames and budgets
- Ensure OHS requirements, company procedures and site processes are always met
To be successful you will require;
- A trade background
- 5 years+ Site Supervision - Health sector and/or Schools experience will be highly regarded
- Experience with Design and Construct Projects
- Experience in site supervision of projects in excess of $3M
- Thorough knowledge of OHS requirements
- Computer literate, experience using HammerTech and Procore would be an advantage
- Excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail
