AG Construct are a family owned construction company specialising in residential medium rise and townhouse projects and are ideally seeking to recruit someone with a track record of success in this area.

Due to loyal clients and an increasing workload, a position now exists for a Contracts Administrator to join the team immediately.

 
 
As Contract Administrator, your responsibilities will include;
 
  • Contract management from initial signing through to project sign-off
  • Progress claim assistance, external variations, preparation of subcontractor packages.
  • Reviewing, negotiating, and finalising subcontracts.
  • Administering RFI's.
  • Preparing subcontract package's (scopes, procurement and scheduling).
  • Completion of all administration tasks in accordance with contractual requirements
  • Analysis of project data to produce relevant reports that inform decision making
  • Actively engaging with the construction team to support supplier co-ordination and management
  • Developing a thorough understanding of the JobPac management system and ensure its functionality is being fully utilised by the business.
