You will be working closely with the Director you will oversee a diverse portfolio of high-end developments. You will be expected to fully utilise your knowledge and experiences in project management to oversee and coordinate the planning, design, sales, finance and construction of each project, from conception to its delivery.

You may be required to perform due diligence and construct feasibility models for potential new sites in the acquisition phase and in time should have the ability to advance into a Development Manager role taking on additional responsibility.

Salary offer subject to experience level.

To be successful in this role, you need to be a great team player and a well-rounded professional to work in this small yet experienced team.

You must have a minimum of 3 years in project management or construction and have had exposure to construction design. Great communication and negotiation skills are essential as you will be expected to act as the representative for the company to communicate and coordinate with all external stakeholders which include but are not limited to, project management consultants, architects, financiers, clients and the building contractor.

Construction design and delivery expertise will be highly regarded.
