The Opportunity

Due to sustained business growth - we are now seeking a proven Project Manager to join our established Melbourne team on a full-time permanent basis with responsibilities to include:

Manage client and consultant relationships
Manage scope and program
Ensure quality expectations are met
Managing budget
Ensure design is managed and compliant
Lead project teams to delivery successful projects

About You

The successful candidate will demonstrate;

Tertiary qualification in Construction Management (or similar related studies).
Minimum 5 years relevant experience, ideally winthin a similar role
Excellent communication, both written & verbal.
Proven tenure with commercial builder
Sense of urgency couple with attention to detail
Ability to lead teams
