The Opportunity

 

Due to continued business growth - we are seeking a capable Site/Finishes Foreman to join our established team.

 

Your initial project will be overseeing finishes trades and regularly reporting to the Project Manager.

 

You will work closely with the project team to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to an exceptional level of quality.

About You

 

The successful candidate will ideally demonstrate;

 

  • Trade background or relevant tertiary qualification in building
  • 2+ years site supervising experience
  • Strength in finishes, eye for detail
  • Proven track record and supporting references
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive attitude and team player
  • Sense of urgency coupled with an excellent for detail
  • Strong work ethic
  • Computer literate
