Project Manager, Built to Rent (BTR)

A key partnership between GURNER and Qualitas has created a new division within GURNER - Built to Rent. This has generated the need for a highly skilled and exceptionally qualified Project Manager to lead the delivery of GURNER portfolio of projects in Victoria.

As Project Manager as part of the Development Team, you will be responsible and accountable for the project management of the project(s) to which you are allocated. It is expected that the PM will be working on 2-3 projects at any given time, depending on the site and complexity of each project.

Alongside the relevant Development team and GM BTR, you will be looked upon to deliver the project’s strategic direction and priorities and monitor the performance against feasibility, project program and delivery of quality product.

• 5 years + industry experience
• Relevant Tertiary Education / Qualifications
• Residential Built Form Property project management / development experience will be critical
• Operated in entrepreneurial environment highly regarded
• Strong leadership experience
• Outstanding communication skills and ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all
• levels
• Superior quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
• Problem solver able to keep calm and efficient under pressure and in crisis
• Can illustrate a track record of improving efficiency, embracing innovation, and thinking laterally
• Has a values-based ethos aligned to GURNER values
