Reeves Envico is a group of specialist infrastructure contractors with over 30 years' experience throughout Australia and the Asia Pacific region. Delivering projects in civil works infrastructure and construction management in sectors such as water and sewerage, environment, public works, commercial, heritage, and residential. 

 

Through our two companies - CCB Envico and Reeves International - we have successfully completed over 150 major projects in Australia and throughout the Asia Pacific, predominantly working with Water Authorities, Federal, State and Local Government, Pacific Region Government Departments.

 

 

We require a proactive and self-motivated Site Manager to play a key role in achieving the company’s 2022 project delivery objectives, specifically in meeting construction programmes and ensuring safety and quality compliance standards are always maintained. By providing strong leadership and clear communication to the site team, they ensure all day to day on site activities are well organised, including the coordination of construction workers and subcontractors, and effective client and stakeholder liaison is maintained.

  • Trade Certificate or equivalent with ideally 10 years’ experience as Site Manager
  • Diligent and professional in the pursuit of their job and project outcomes.
  • Understanding of WHS and Environment standards
  • Communicative with all project stakeholders – oral and written
  • Good organiser and planner
  • Decision maker and Problem solver
  • Lead, Coach, mentor, build and motivate teams. You will be a role model and one who leads by example.
  • Ability to work sensitively in a complex cross-cultural operating environment.
  • Good literacy, with a sound working knowledge of MS Office applications, including MS Project
