Due to continued growth and with a number of recently awarded project, we are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our growing team.

 

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will focus on project commercial functions including cost reporting, trade procurement and financial administration. This role will reward an up and coming Contract Administrator that is ambitious, eager to learn, thrives on working in a team environment and will provide a great stepping stone for career progression.

 

Specifically, the successful applicant role will be responsible for:

 

  • Producing, preparing and reviewing subcontractor packages, scopes, letting and procurement schedules
  • Managing and tracking project expenditure
  • Preparing and administering the project’s HSE system
  • Administering RFI’s to clients, architects and consultants
  • Processing progress claims, variations and invoices
 

 

The successful candidates will demonstrate:

 

  • Tertiary Degree or Diploma in Construction Management
  • 2-5 Years’ Experience as a Contract Administrator
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team environment and autonomously
  • Proficient Computer skills 
  • Understanding of the building process
  • Positive, friendly and helpful attitude
  • Professional demeanour
