Cobolt Constructions are looking at expanding its young and dynamic team with a Site Manager that brings strong construction experience in the commercial apartment sector. 

Cobolt Construction is an established commercial construction company that is about to commence construction work on a recently awarded apartment project in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate solid experience working in the local commercial sector delivering apartment projects through a project’s construction life cycle. 

Salary subject to experience level.

The successful candidates will demonstrate:

• Tertiary Degree or Diploma in Building Management or Trade background
• Minimum 5 Years’ Experience as Site Manager / Foreman (managing medium rise apartment builds)
• Successfully delivered apartment projects with basement construction
• Excellent communication skills and ability 
• Ability to work in and foster a team environment 
• Proven ability to prioritize work and meet programme milestones
• Ability to take responsibility and accountability
• Attention to detail 
• Proficient computer skills
• Proactive, solutions focused individual
• Clear understanding of the building process
• Positive and friendly attitude
