Cobolt Constructions is looking to expand its young and dynamic team with a Contract Administrator for our awarded Melbourne based Commercial Projects.
With an established track record in commercial construction, we have recently been awarded projects that present opportunity for a role that will focus on commercial functions of projects and to oversee project cost reporting, letting and financial administration.
If you take pride in contributing towards the success of projects by working in a collaborative team, this role will be a stepping stone for career advancement.
The successful candidate will need to have demonstrated experience in working in the commercial sector and administrating the Head Contract and Trade Subcontracts from the tender phase to the financial close of a project.
