Due to sustained business growth with repeat clients, we are now looking for staff.

• Meetings booked (qualified meetings)
• Book qualified meetings
• Build trust and credibility with clients
• Use common Office packages with demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft office, Adobe, Cubit  and company CRM
• Work closely with management team to deliver sales targets and revenue
• Presenting company products and services to clients at all levels over the phone but most importantly, GM/management/decision maker
• Ensuring that all activity levels required to deliver performance indicators are met
• Preparing client proposals
• Follow up with client issues as they arise
• Negotiation to ensure contracts are set in the company’s best interest
• Finalise contracts with clients
• Control respect of contract with onsite production
• Creation and control of contract variations
• Ensure invoicing is up to date with contract and variations
• Invoicing on-going jobs as per agreement with clients
• Cost control and reporting on jobs
• Work with General Manager and Finance Manager to ensure payments are up to date
• Work with Finance Manager and General Manager on resolving outstanding accounts Follow up on pricing
• Completing take-offs

Salary subject to experience level.
