We have successfully completed over 700 separate construction projects throughout Victoria, backed by an experienced team of 50+ highly skilled permanent full-time employees.

As Project Manager, you will ensure the successful completion of all construction projects under your control.

Your performance will be measured against;

• Financial Management
• Contract Administration (Both Head Contract & Subcontract)
• Construction Supervision
• Program Management
• Quality Assurance procedures
• Project Internal & External Reporting
• People Management & Leadership

• Proven Project Management track record 
• Proactive approach to work
• Great interpersonal skills
• Effective communication skills (written and oral)
• Be able to speak the language of senior management, major Government clients and a vast range of contractors
• Good technical experience in construction projects ($10 - $50 million)
• Understanding of contract law
• Financial management
• Programming Skills
