Due to company expansion and growth, an exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Site Manager to join our energetic team.

 

You will provide hands-on, end-to-end site supervision of various construction projects ranging from high-end residential, townhouse and low rise commercial.

 

Your duties will include but not be limited to: 


  • Supervise the end-to-end life cycle of construction projects ensuring their successful completion
  • Ensure project is delivered in adherence with quality standards 
  • Enforce a high standard of finish across the projects with outstanding attention to detail
  • Take ownership and offering expertise by utilizing new and existing building techniques
  • Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and various stakeholders
  • Ensure subcontractor compliance with contracts and agreements
  • Enforce OH&S requirements across job sites
  • Adhere and manage project jobs, budgets, time schedules and deadlines

Ideally, you're a honest and self-motivated individual who has an eagerness to learn and progress. You pay outstanding attention to detail and have a strong commitment to quality.

 

You will ideally possess the following skills to be considered:

 

  • 7+ year's experience in the building industry
  • Extensive experience in working with project time and job schedules
  • Basement Experience (preferred)
  • Proven track record in meeting budgets and quality standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Strong computer literacy
