Legata Projects are a boutique, independent, client-side property firm that specialises in project delivery. We focus on the delivery of Commercial, Residential and Institutional Sector projects.

Our team knows that exceptional project outcomes can only be achieved when every stakeholder involved in a project works in unison to bring to life the project's vision. 

Due to on-going growth since Legata Project’s inception in late 2019 (yes, that right, we grew during COVID) we are on the hunt for our next exceptional Project Manager to join our team. The role will see you report directly to our Managing Director, with direct access to our Executive Team for mentoring and a range of diverse and exciting projects on our books for you to deliver.

We are currently delivering the following projects plus more coming on-line and need to expand our team to ensure we deliver nothing but the best for our clients.

• Social Housing Development – 49 Units;
• 7000sqm New Build Commercial;
• 2,000sqm Fit-Out;
• 3,800sqm Fit-Out;
• 9 High End Apartments (over 10 levels);
• 32 High End Apartments (over 9 levels);
• Aged Care New Build and Refurbishment

We may be a young business, but we punch well above our weight. We can ensure you won’t be sitting on the side-lines completing admin and getting blocked from getting in the mix on the delivery. This PM Role will require you to get dirty and jump straight in, assisting our MD in the delivery of a large majority of our projects throughout all phases on the delivery cycle.

• You will have a minimum of 2-3 years in Client Side Project Management or Commercial / Residential Construction and have had exposure to construction design and delivery on project scales ranging from $2-20m.
• You will be a strong communicator and harness great negotiation skills, they are essential as you will be expected to act as the representative for Legata Projects in order to communicate and coordinate with all external stakeholders which include but is not limited to, project management consultants, architects, financiers, clients and the building contractors. Construction design and delivery expertise will be highly regarded.
• You are a great team player and a well-rounded professional to work in this small yet experienced team.
