Contract Administrator

Over the last 40 years, SJ Higgins Group has successfully delivered over 2300 projects across a diversified range of market sectors in metropolitan, rural and remote Australia.

Our operations cover the eastern seaboard of Australia, with successful completion of projects in QLD, NSW, ACT and Victoria. We have the experience and the resources to plan, drive and deliver any new construction project.

Our projects span across multiple sectors, Health, Age Care, Education, Retail, Recreational & Industrial.

Assist the Project Manager to generate a team working relationship with project personnel and successfully complete the administration, financial and contractual outcome of a Project(s)

Report regularly to Project Manager and Senior Management on the financial, contractual and administrative status of the project.

Work with the project team to improve the commercial advantage of the project. 

Salary package to align with ability and experience.

The successful candidate with ideally demonstrate;

• Diploma or Degree in Building or Construction Management, or similar.
• Proven Contract Administration experience, preferably 3+ years.
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong building knowledge across all trades
• Financial acumen and ability to negotiate 
• Driven self-starter
