Point Polaris is looking for a talented Development Manager to work on an expanding portfolio of developments from hotels, retail, commercial office and multi-unit residential projects.

To be successful, you will ideally demonstrate;

♦ Minimum 5 years’ experience.

♦ Professional studies such as a tertiary qualification in property, construction or related discipline.

♦ Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
♦ Initiative & strong problem-solving skills.

♦ Feasibility knowledge - must be fully proficient in Estate Master and MS Excel.

♦ Acquisitions and town planning exposure.

♦ Market/sector knowledge.
♦ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
