We have had vast experience in the Building, Commercial, Industrial, Civil Engineering and Civil Landscape sectors of the Construction Industry in both Metropolitan and Regional Victoria and are well recognised in the industry for on time, on budget and quality project delivery.

We are a progressive and innovative company and are looking to build our team.

Opportunity to work within our Construction bid team, on projects to the value of $30mill. The role generally involves;

• Preparation tender documents for release via web based portal
• Submission of tender RFIs
• Issue tender addendum / tender responses to sub contractors
• Source info on specialised trades / materials
• Preparation of project breakdowns
• Collate subcontractor pricing into estimate format and vet submissions
• Quantity take-offs and rates
• Preparation of tender estimate / submission
• Compilation of tender qualifications for discussion
• Preparation of tender letter /  forms / tender specific info
• Review quantitative tender estimate / information
• Preparation of prelim tender program (PM support)
• Assessment of on site preliminaries
• Post tender clarification and assistance

The successful candidate will ideally demonstrate;

• Tertiary qualifications in Construction / Quantity Surveying 
• Proven experience - minimum 2 years in commercial estimating / cost planning
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines
• Renumeration will be commensurate with relevant experience and skill level
