TCON is looking to hire a Site Supervisor to take responsibility for all elements of domestic/residential construction. You will oversee the erection, install, renovate and repair structures and fixtures relating to the construction industry. Typically, you will be involved in renovations and new home constructions.


You will ensure that high levels of quality are maintained to assist the construction manager in building the home.

The successful candidate will ideally demonstrate;

  • Must be driven and understand critical timelines
  • Ability to communicate with trades the importance of schedules
  • Ability to prioritise busy workloads & manage time effectively
  • Must be punctual, self-motivated and have the ability to complete all tasks at hand
  • Proactive attitude and leads by example
  • Ability to resolve any issues on hand/ problem solving skills


Key responsibilities include;

  • Ensuring every project you work on is completed on schedule with a high-end finish
  • Forward planning with trades and daily running/ driving of the project schedules
  • Quality control/ defect inspections throughout all stages of construction
  • Understanding and using of internal systems (Buildertrend & ASANA) - training will be provided
  • Construction knowledge, use of tools and on site building experience is a must as you may be required at times to lend a hand
  • Maintaining a safe workplace
  • Running/ attending toolbox, client and internal meetings
