The Opportunity
Join a privately owned property developer!
Initially, you will assist managing a range Childcare Centre developments, up to 3 storey new build projects. Working within a supportive team environment and overseeing the builder, you will be responsible for;
- Assist in the DD Phase
- Assist in the Planning Phase
- Assist in the Design Phase
- Tender Reviews
- Information Coordination
- Letting Contracts/Subcontracts/Consultant Agreements/Purchase orders
- Managing Head Contract
- Managing Contracts/Subcontracts
- Financial Control
Salary offer subject to ability and experience level.
About You
You will ideally demonstrate;
- Degree in Building and Construction Industry
- 3-4 years experience as Contract Administrator or Assistant Project Manager
- Eager to learn
- Work well within a Team environment
- Attention to detail
- Organisational skills
- Clear communicator
- Must be able to read and understand design documentation
- Develop and maintain a great working relationship with the tenants, consultants, builders and subcontractors and/or agent(s)
