We are searching for a highly driven Site Foreman who displays our company values of integrity, excellence and happiness.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to –

• Site set up tasks as required
• On site co-ordination between trades 
• Conduct subcontractor meetings
• Ensuring site security
• Primary site contact/liaison in the absence of the Site Manager
• Assist with the adherence of the Construction Program
• On site Variation tracking and assessment
• Compliance with contract documents
• Defect management
• Site contact for Industrial Relations

Salary offer subject to ability experience level.

Candidate Requirements -

• Minimum 3+ years experience in a similar Site related role
• Relevant tertiary qualification or trade qualification
• The ability to effectively communicate with a diverse range of subcontractors
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time
• Knowledgeable in H&S industry and statutory policies and procedures
• Certificate III in Health & Safety
• Ability to solve problems and manage conflict effectively
