Assistant Project Manager

We are currently looking to add an Assistant Project Manager from a project or development management background to our team. 

  
You will work closely with the Directors to oversee the planning, feasibility and delivery of a wide range of projects, including an iconic Thermal Springs Resort. The role will involve a large amount of stakeholder engagement, design management and construction quality control to ensure projects are completed successfully. You will provide assistance in site acquisition, feasibility analysis, managing the contractor, coordinating the design team and ensuring construction quality is monitored throughout the construction phase.

This role will suit candidates from a project or development management background who have around 1 - 3 years of professional experience working in client side project management or development firm. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and financial literacy are key competencies for this role.
