Reporting to the Project Director, your role will ensure the timely and accurate management of total project design cost plans and construction contract administration for a $200m D&C landmark project in Darwin. This includes the preparation and management of all tenders, sub-contracts, and supplier packages, and the processing of all accounts to meet Group timelines.

Attractive salary offer, subjtect to experience level. Also, we will provide assistance with relocation.

You will ideally demonstrate;

• Bachelor Degree of Quantity Surveying, Accountancy, Construction Management or commensurate industry experience of 10+ years.
• Tier 1 or 2 experience working on projects up to $250M.
• A technical working knowledge of all major building trades, services, strong commercial acumen and in-depth knowledge of construction and design interface
• Willingness to relocate
