Contract Administrator

CORNUS is a growing integrated builder-developer with a development/construction pipeline exceeding 382 apartments. The contemporary construction arm specialises in apartment buildings between three and six storeys plus basement. We are based in the south eastern suburbs with three projects currently under construction.

Live sites include Malvern East, Camberwell, Sandringham, Carnegie and Burwood.

We are now seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our team.

We are offering a clear pathway to Project Manager and exposure to Development Management, delivering high quality projects in prestigious locations.

Key responsibilities include;

• Project scoping and procurement of trades
• Financial Management
• Head Contract & Subcontract administration
• Managing and tracking project expenditure
• Program Management

Salary offer subject to level of experience.

The successful candidate will ideally demonstrate;

• Tertiary qualification in Construction Management (or similar)
• 3+ years Contract Administration experience, multi-residential desirable
• Project experience over $5Mill
• Excellent communication skills and confident negotiator
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team
• Proactive attitude and professional presentation
• Computer proficiency
• Sense of urgency, coupled with attention to detail
• Strong work ethic
