Senior Project Architect

This is an incredibly exciting contract role to join our expanding team. We are looking for a Senior Project Architect to apply their extensive industry experience and knowledge in working across a wide range of commercial and residential projects.

This is a contract position with the potential to move to full time. We are looking for someone who has the ability to undertake planning and feasibility studies. Applicant must have local experience working on advanced documentation and administration skills for small to medium sized developments. A strong understanding of both the development process and local council planning controls and processes is required.

The successful candidate will ideally demonstrate;

—Understanding of contemporary architecture and refurbishments to existing assets, including some future heritage projects.

—7+ years’ experience in both residential and commercial architecture.

—Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal.

—Positive and outgoing personality.

—Strong team skills and a collaborative nature

—Experience in CAD or Revit

—Previous experience in construction, BCA and council submissions.

—Excellent documentation and detailing skills.

—Great attention to detail and time management abilities.

—Demonstrated understanding of projects from concept to completion.
