Junior Project Controller

Civil Construction company that build roads, hardstands and sidewalks. 

We are expanding and looking for a Junior Project Coordinator to assist with our projects and join the team.

Ideally, we are looking for a student that is either still completing either a Construction management degree or a Civil Engineering degree or recently completed.

The tasks would include the following:

- Working on and updating project tracking spreadsheets

- Assisting with the preparation of invoices and progress payments
- Attending site visits

- Assisting with the preparation of tenders and quotations
- Preparation of site packs for the construction teams

- Getting quotes on materials 

The ideal candidate would have previous experience using the Microsoft suite. MS project a bonus. Must be able to use excel.

• Construction management degree or similar
• Proactive attitude
• Advanced computer skills, especially using Excel
