Due to internal promotion and an increase in awarded projects we are on the hunt for a super talented and experienced Commercial Construction Estimator.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee implementation and maintenance of new estimation software platform
• Attend site tender meetings
• Prepare subcontractor tender packages
• Measure, quantify and estimate tender costs in line with project requirements, specifications and drawings
• Prepare tender submissions on commercial works from 100k – 5M
• Prepare construction program’s and trade methodologies
• Conduct data analysis across project lifecycle
• Review and develop process, procedural and workflows for continuous improvement
• Maintain an up-to-date approved supplier list

You are highly organised and systems driven with impeccable attention to detail. Familiar with estimating software platforms you will take the lead role in driving the implementation of the new estimation software tool for our business. Driven by continuous improvement you are known for your excellent communication skills and are able to collaborate with internal / external stakeholders with ease. You are self-managed, highly autonomous but equally comfortable working in a team environment.
