• Work in a dynamic construction team on construction tenders that will range between $3Mill and $30Mill
• Attend to tender site inspections and briefings
• Preparation of Trade / Subcontractor documents for tendering
• Quantity Take Offs and rates
• Vet Sub contractor and supplier prices
• Preparation of preliminary program / methodology
• Assessment of on site preliminaries
• Compilation of tender qualifications for discussion
• Preparation of final tender estimate for submission       

Salary will be discussed based on experience.

Mancini Made is seeking an office based Estimator with the following qualifications;

• Construction Management Degree (or similar)
• 5+ years construction experience
• Proven/stable tenure within a similar position
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• CostX software experience desirable
• Proactive attitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Must be goals orientated
• Be able to manage time and priortise tasks
• Conduct your duties with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity at all times
