Together with their affiliated consultants and carefully selected sub trades, Davies Henderson and their experienced in-house and on site staff are able to carry out large scale and complex projects.

This is an opportunity to Site Manage some of Melbourne’s most luxurious homes for an established and respected building company. At Davies Henderson you will have 1 project at a time to make your own, from set out to handover.

We have a fantastic reputation for the level of quality and detail we produce as this is a shared vision from the client & architect, project team and all the way through to the trades we use.

Our Site Managers are hand’s on and trade based to ensure they have a full understanding of the construction process and methodologies from the ground up. Our team of Project Managers are always on hand to support you with a programme, trades and deliveries to ensure you are able to run a highly productive site.

Ideally you will be a person who takes absolute pride in what you deliver, have excellent communication skills and strong values of Customer Service with evidence of delivering on time, quality finishes.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Min. 5 years experience working on High End Residential homes
• Min. 5 years as a Site Manager on single res projects over $5M.
• Sound knowledge of Basements & Lifts
• Tenacity, Drive & Accountability
• Avid commitment to OH&S and Site Safety
• Ability to push a team and adhere to program
• An eye for detail and ability to produce very high quality work
• Direction and management of contractors and labourers
• Ability to read construction plans and prioritise tasks
• Interpersonal skills to maintain good relationships with trades & clients
