Project Manager (Construction)

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager to join our Construction team. You will be working on high profile, diverse and impressive projects - a mix of both residential & commercial work in various industries, with projects ranging from $3m through to $20M+.

Reporting to the Construction Manager, this role is responsible for the delivery of the project from inception (which may include design management and documentation) to completion, meeting the needs of the Client and to meet the company and industry requirements with OHS, environmental, quality, time and profit objectives.

To be successful in this role you will have the ability to procure trades, negotiate and drive client satisfaction, along with the ability to lead a team.

You must also have;

• 3+ years’ experience in a Project Manager role within the Construction Industry;
• Experience with structural and fitout projects in Age Care, Institutional works and multi-residential developments;
• Proven capability to deliver $20mill+ projects autonomously;
• Strong interpersonal skills;
• Ability to build strong working relationships with clients, colleagues and all stakeholders;
• Robust negotiation, time management skills and attention to detail;
• Strong client focus;
• The ability to work alone to self-imposed deadlines but also work as part of the team;
• Positive, proactive, passionate and egger to learn and succeed;
• An ability to foster and drive a collaborative team environment.
