We’re looking for Site Foremen with experience working on townhouse developments who are passionate about building and being part of a dedicated team.

This opportunity is based in Melbourne’s western suburbs where Figurehead maintain strong relationships with developers with continuing work in this area.

Salary offer commensurate with experience.

To be considered for this position, you will demonstrate;

• Previous experience working on townhouse developments
• Relevant tertiary or trade qualification
• The ability to effectively communicate with a diverse range of subcontractors
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and on budget
• Knowledgeable in HSE industry and statutory policies and procedures
• Ability to solve problems and be prepared to make decisions even when they are hard
• Continuous commitment to excellence in everything that you do
