TM Insight is growing and has new role available for a Senior Project Manager to join our Project Services Team, in South Melbourne.

Reporting to the General Manager/ Associate, this role is responsible managing our team of Project Managers as well as delivering key projects in accordance with TM Insight systems & project specific requirements.

Our projects are generally large scale and highly technical industrial developments including advanced automation, large scale refrigeration, manufacturing and complex structural design. The main aspect of this role is to support the business by managing the project team and in delivering key projects to achieve or better project goals of Time, Cost, Quality and Safety. This role is based in South Melbourne and will require regular visits to sites in Outer Melbourne Metropolitan Area and may involve interstate travel across Australia and New Zealand.

The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes: 

• 10+ years in Project, Development Management or Engineering
• Degree qualified in Property, Construction / Project Management (or similar)
• Experienced project leader in delivering multiple projects simultaneously
• Experienced in managing other staff
• Ability to quickly build client relationships based on trust
• Commitment to personal and professional development
• Excellent communication skills
• Behaviour consistent with TM Insight’s values and policies
• Work co-operatively, positively and collaboratively respecting others’ opinions with a focus on directing the team to achieve project objectives
• Demonstrate flexibility in approach to work and workloads
• Ability to perform steadily during peak work load
• Team Building, promoting a positive work environment and morale building
• Have own transport to attend meetings across metropolitan Melbourne
