As Project Manager you be responsible for the coordination and management of projects on time, to cost, and at the high quality / standards we value.

 

The role requires a highly motivated and effective person with strong communication skills that can coordinate different teams within the business, external stakeholders, clients and purchasers to deliver on the project outcomes. Adhering to the legislative and administration requirements for contract and quality, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing specific process within all project and construction phases so that the design intent is achieved.

Salary offer subject to level of experience.

Professional / experience required;

 

  • Completing a tertiary qualification in project management / property / construction
  • Previous work experience in the field (ie: construction / onsite experience) is preferred but not essential
  • Project Management experience from initiation through to completion and transition across a range of projects residential, commercial or retail.
  • Sound knowledge of IT skills in Microsoft Office (especially excel and word)
  • Good technical ability and understanding of construction process
  • Previous experience in delivering projects, ideally in excess of $50M
  • 3+ years of experience working on high volume commercial or residential buildings
