Join our award winning culture - we are looking for energetic and experienced Project Managers to join our team. You will be working on high end residential and commercial projects ranging from $8 - $35Mill

You will be reporting to the Construction Manager. This role is responsible for managing and driving a Project Team to ensure project delivery is achieved on time, on budget and to a high quality;

• Value Management solutions
• Review project documentation and shop drawing for structure and finishes
• Sound knowledge of regulatory compliance
• Maintain and report on the Construction Programme
• Maintain and report on the Financial Position of the project
• Mentor and develop team members

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in successful completion of multi-level projects of $8M+ as a Project Manager
• Strong experience with letting and negotiating sub-contracts
• Advanced financial and commercial management including budget and programme reporting
• Strong knowledge of the building design process and the ability to influence the project cost
• Contractual, legal, commercial and legislative compliance management experience
• Bachelor of Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent
