The role of Pre-Construction Manager is to ensure that your team’s projects are correctly positioned for success during the sales process, prior to the construction phase commencing. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience in;

• Project Management preferably with a Design and Construct Company
• Overseeing contracts, approvals and resourcing (workflow & capacity)
• Maintaining client relationships and delivering positive client experiences
• Liaising with Subcontractors, Estimators, Services Installation (electrical & mechanical) and Construction teams
• Performing 121 conversations for your team members and coaching on best practice processes
• Process and workflow management including work scheduling, document control protocols, cost control
• Providing construction and financial project updates and reporting against agreed budgets/ forecast
• Attendance at site meetings
• IT Systems such as Word, Excel, MS Project and ideally Viewpoint
