Graduate / Site Coordinator

Due to continued business growth, we are providing an exciting opportunity for a Building Graduate / Site Coordinator to become part of our team with an unparalleled scope for future growth and career progression.

You will be mentored by our experienced project team, including Project Manager, Contract Administrator and Site Manager.

Initially based on-site, you will provide assistance with;

• Management of detailed design and shop drawings
• Management of onsite drawings and contract administration
• Assisting Site Manager with programing and scheduling of works
• Liaise with authorities for issue of Compliance Certificates, Council Permits, Insurance Certificates etc
• Attend Site coordination meetings with subcontractors and take minutes as required
• Administer RFI's to clients, architects and consultants
• Assist with the management of defects

The successful candidate will ideally demonstrate;

• Degree or Diploma in Construction Management (or similar)
• Recently graduated or graduating in 2019
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management and negotiation skills
• Computer proficiency
• Energetic, team player who enjoys sharing in team success
• Willingness to learn
• Strong work ethic and proactive attitude
