Manresa Constructions evolved from McCorkell Constructions who have a long history in the construction industry having been in continuous operation for over 90 years.

In 2015 after repeated requests from clients for the group to bring their experience and expertise to multi-residential construction, Manresa was formed. At Manresa our in-house design smarts, meticulous planning & tenacity on site are the key components to delivering some of the most widely recognised midrise developments in Melbourne.

We are seeking a Site Manager who has practical knowledge of the local Melbourne market and has experience in mid-size multi-storey apartment construction and is looking for their next career progression.

This vital role will see you responsible for the management of onsite staff, labour needs, subcontractor's delivery and OHSE compliance.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Managing all construction activities onsite, including labour and sub-contractors;
• Implementing & maintaining a strong professional relationship with Clients, Consultants & Subcontractors;
• Producing short term programs & managing subcontractors to ensure program is achieved;
• Ensuring Quality & OHSE standards are kept

The successful candidate will have supervisory experience, an eye for detail and demonstrate a strong knowledge of Health and Safety practices. You will be experienced in bringing projects out of the ground and have a demonstrated ability to lead and manage all on-site activity and trades through to completion.

You also have the ability to drive subcontractor's and deliver projects ontime.
