Site Manager

Due to continued business growth, we now required a Site Manager to become part of our team to initially deliver a high quality custom home in Brighton.

You will work closely with our project team, including Project Manager.

Based on-site, key tasks include;

• Assist Contract Administrator with scope of works and trade packages
• Manage programing and scheduling of works
• Manage Site coordination meetings with subcontractors
• Administer RFI's to clients, architects and consultants
• Management of quality and defects

Salary offer to commensurate with experience.

The successful candidate will ideally demonstrate;

• 5+ years site supervision experience
• High-end residential experience desirable
• Proven tenure and references
• Excellent time management and negotiation skills
• Computer literate
• Team player
• Strong work ethic and proactive attitude
• Eye for detail
• Experience in Procore and HammerTech preferred
