You will ideally demonstrate;
- 5+ years’ experience in the construction industry including site supervision (experience in refurb/fit out highly desirable)
- Prioritises safety & compliance to ensure the well-being of the team
- Great communication skills & a can do attitude
- Strong problem solving capabilities
- Comfortable interacting with clients and professionally representing the business
- Able to manage the site team & program to get the job done on time with no defects
- Attention to detail & accuracy - takes pride in project delivery
- Australian resident, qualified to work in Australia
