Joining Point Polaris will allow you to enhance your Project Management skills while gaining exposure to Acquisitions, Development Management and Capital Solution services across a variety of projects including hotels, office, retail, student accommodation and residential. 

 

Our Project Managers manage the full life cycle of each project, including;

 

  • Design & Development;
  • Contract Negotiations;
  • Builder Procurement & Mobilisation;
  • Budget, Quality, Risk, Program & Governance Management

Attractive salary package on offer, subject to the level of experience.

 

 

You will ideally have:


  • A tertiary qualification in construction, property or related discipline.
  • The ability to build credible and long-term relationships with clients.
  • Experience in up-front design.
  • Proficiency using MS Project.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, communication and presentation skills.
  • Minimum 5 year's experience in a client-facing project management role.
  • Prior experience managing residential, office, hotel and retail projects highly advantageous.
  • Initiative & strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
