Full time Opportunity to join a building company what works in multiple sectors including Department of Defence, Vic Police, Metro Trains and other govt departments.

Looking to the future, we are excited to commence the hunt for experienced Site Managers who can hit the ground running and embrace our client focused culture. As Site Manager some of your responsibilities include:

• Ensuring accurate delivery of projects through application of Quality Assurance systems and processes
• Planning and reviewing all works to ensure quality and compliance
• Working closely with the Contract Administrators, Project Managers and Construction team to ensure delivery against specification and schedule
• Developing regular forward programs to ensure appropriate levels of planning and communication across projects
• Regular interactions with key stakeholders including clients, subcontractors and regulatory authorities
• Assisting with the management of project budgets including variations and adjustments

• Have experience running commercial projects
• Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed
• Controlling and organising multiple trades onsite
• Quality control
• Problem solving
• Liaising with clients, project managers and user groups.
