Project Manager

Arc3 is a subsidary of Buildcorp Commercial, one of Melbourne's leading construction specialist, established over 25 years delivering over 500 projects successfully.

We seek individuals who demonstrate leadership and commitment to the construction industry. And, as a result, our staff enjoy working on complicated and difficult projects which inspire them to think intelligently and creatively.

Due to continued business growth, we are looking to appoint a capable Project Manager to delivery a $55Mill project in North Melbourne.

Key responsibilities include;

• Driving the project team to achieve time, cost and quality targets
• Provision of monthly cost reports
• Overall project planning
• Developing construction programme’s
• Subcontract and head contract management
• Design management - ensure works are complete in accordance with design intent
• Quality Assurance - ensure the works are carried out in accordance with the specification and quality requirements.
• Ensure all administrative processes are being implemented by the project team

Competitive salary offer commensurate with experience.

The successful candidate will ideally demonstrate;

• Minimum 5+ years experience, as Project Manager or Senior CA.
• Tertiary qualification in Construction Management (or similar).
• Proven experience on $10Mill+ projects.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management, leadership and negotiation skills.
• Strong work ethic and proactive attitude.
• Proficiency with Construction Software.
