As a Contract Administrator you will be responsible for all aspects of contracts administration on projects. Add value and delivering contracts to commercial, time, quality and contractual requirements. You will be a critical support to the project management team by knowing the contract and being responsible and involved in all aspects of risk management, procurement, contract budgeting, forecasting and reporting and completion of administration.

 

Managing multiple projects to completion, you will be an integral part of the delivery including:

 

  • Attend and assist the Project Manager with Pre-award meetings and facilitate a comprehensive handover process from the estimating team.
  • Utilise, know and maintain contracts, financial records and reporting within our systems
  • Support the project team with identifying and managing any exceptions and/or contractual anomalies/risks and assist and prepare and track any necessary variations, RFI’s and other contractual noticies
  • Provide support to the project teams so to enhance their project costing/reporting capabilities to better monitor a project’s performance in real time.
  • Prepare and managed project OHS documentation including risk registers, SWMS, environmental management plans.
  • Liaise with subcontractors to ensure all relevant and required insurances are current, compliant and provided for record.
 

 

This position would ideally suit a candidate who possesses the following:

 

  • Tertiary qualification, ideally in a business or construction related field
  • Eager to be challenged and work in a fast-paced role with diverse responsibilities
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to negotiate and manage client interface
  • Organised with time management skills and appreciation for deadlines
