Senior Contract Administrator

MARKSCON specialise in high-end townhouse and apartment developments, as well as commercial retail and industrial complexes.

We are looking for an experienced Contract Administrator, based at our Head Office in Moorabbin.

You will be responsible for two prominent projects. Supported by an experienced Project Manager and a Project Coordinator, your role will be to manage the procurement and D&C process.

Projects $5m to $30m.

You will ideally demonstrate;

• 5 years experience
• Diploma or Degree in Building, Construction Management (or similar)
• Apartment project experience desirable
• Strong work ethic
• Energetic personality
• Excellent financial acumen and ability to negotiate
