Assistant Project Manager

Due to an extensive pipeline of projects, HGW Projects now require a motivated Assistant Project Manager to lead the design, documentation and delivery process of various projects.

Key responsibilities include;

• Assist in managing design and delivery of residential, commercial, retail, and mixed-use projects.
• Assist in managing external consultants, stakeholders, and internal resources.
• Assist with establishing and managing project budgets, programmes, and documentation.
• Administer all aspects of the project design and construction process ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to the highest quality.

Salary package to align with experience.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate;

• Degree qualified in Project / Construction Management, Architecture (or similar related degree)
• Construction industry experience
• Demonstrate tenacity, drive, and accountability
• Have superior problem-solving skills
• Have the ability to work semi-autonomously and effectively prioritise tasks
• Energetic personality
• Can-do attitude

The Assistant Project Manager will be working closely with both Directors with the support of other Project Managers and Assistant PMs as required.
