Our projects include commercial, health, institutional, civil, educational, correctional, and multi-unit residential up to $100m in value. We understand the requirements for completing projects efficiently, safely, on time and to a high standard. 

We are now looking for a results driven, passionate individual to join our team.

Your role will include;

• Assisting with the tendering new work.
• Assist with establishment of contractor list and review format for tendering.
• Obtaining pricing for material and services supply.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of tenders.
• Document Control (tender documents and addendums)

The successful candidate will also demonstrate;

• 6-12months experience desirable, however not essential.
• Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management, those graduating in 2020 encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication skills and proactive attitude.
• Attention to detail and time management.
• Strong work ethic.
• Team player.
