Estimator (Plaster)

Multitude is one of Melbournes leading plastering companies. We are specialists in plastering for commercial and industrial buildings, schools, landmark sports developments, as well as high-rise apartments.

We are actively seeking an Estimator (plaster) to join the tight-knit team in our office based in Cheltenham.

Reporting directly to the directors you will manage all aspects of Estimating and project administration throughout the delivery of the projects.

• Prepare estimates/cost plans on projects
• Acquire prices for new products and finalise selection documents
• Produce selection variations, post contract variations, and building variations
• Document control, ensuring documents and information are updated and available in a timely manner
• Assisting with general administration of head contract including progress claims, extension of time claims and variations
• Contribute to due diligence and project feasibility studies

• Experience in commercial plaster estimating 
• A strong understanding of building construction process
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to Liaise with all internal and external stakeholders
• Procurement and negotiation skills
