We are searching for a highly driven Site Manager who displays behaviours in line with our values of integrity, excellence and happiness.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to –

• On site subcontractor management
• Authorities coordination
• On site labour management
• Adherence of scopes of works
• Development and adherence of the Construction Program
• Management of trade resources
• Subcontractor adherence to scope of work
• On site Variation tracking and assessment
• Compliance with contract documents
• Ensuring compliance with BCA and statutory codes
• Management of quality inspection tasks (list tasks)
• Defect management
• Site contact for Industrial Relations
• Responsibility for site adherence to industry and statutory environmental policies
• Completing various reports
• Conduct subcontractor meetings

Salary offer subject to experience level.

Candidate Requirements –

• Minimum 5+ years experience in a similar Site related role
• Relevant tertiary qualification or trade qualification
• The ability to effectively communicate with a diverse range of subcontractors
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time
• Knowledgeable in H&S industry and statutory policies and procedures
• Certificate III in Health & Safety
• Ability to solve problems and manage conflict effectively
